Just found this website http://www.heal-online.org/childtortureusa.htm  It is an organization called HUMAN EARTH ANIMAL LIBERATION-it lists all the abusive centers by state.  And yes, our friends at the Whitmore are listed there.  

The site says any survivors can contact HEAL and tell them your experience- they will protect your identity.  Also read the site- it has alot of good information on it.
