The Navyman, whoever he might be thinks that being issued a permit, or license with "conditions" actually means something in the state of UTAH. Heck, getting a LICENSE in Utah without conditions means NOTHING, as you stated.
"GOOD" people do not abuse kids themselves, and do not DIRECT kids to beat other kids.
The authorites are investigating the Sudweeks, and just maybe THIS TIME charges will be brought, and the abusers will be brought to trial and held accountable....and it won't be "business as usual in the state of UTAH."
But, The Navyman may his his opinion and call the Sudweeks "good people." But he'd best base this on something other that the Sudweeks getting issued a license or a permit in the State of Utah. THAT most certainly does not quality any person as being "GOOD."

Teacher? Sure...Cheryl is not a certififed teacher...THINK MAYBE she graduated from High school. BUT not teachers is ALLOWED to dance about in her SACRED underwear in front of kids...or to hit, or spit on kids...or to sexually abuse kids!!!! That is ILLEGAL all of it.
DIRECTOR OF A BOARDING SCHOOL? NO, again. That requires a few things like knowing how to supervise kids properly....clean linens on beds..not sleepiing on floors, or filthy sleeping bags...not having kids clothes eaten up by ACTIVE MICE/RATS that roam about freely...having working PLUMBING...AND JUST FOR GOOD MEASURE>>>HOW ABOUT SOME REAL TEACHERS????

Don't allow minor children to hand out meds!!!!
