Once attended Whitmore.... unsatisfied

At the time, I thought it was kind of cool.  I basically got to do whatever I wanted.  A lot of the other kids were jealous of my relationship with Sheryl.  They would wonder why they couldn't go on dates with guys, and I could, or why they couldn't go to the mall and I could.  It was kind of fun.  Looking back, however, this seems ludacris.  I can't believe that someone of her power, ie, being in charge of so many kids, would jeopardise their safety and her 'business'.  If, let's say I would have crashed the rental car, she would have been liale for the damages, or if I would have gotten hurt, she would have been liable.  However, she probably would have made up some story about how i had stolen the car without her knowledge.  It wasn't just little trips to the store either.  I drove all the way to downtown Salt Lake.  I drove Late, Late, at night, 3 AM, from Alpine, it think it was, all the way back to Nephi, with hardly any gas, and so sleepy I kept dozing off and would have fell asleep at the wheel if not for the rumble strips.  I just can't believe the gall of that woman.

Sheryl used to let me drive her car, and rental cars.  This was totally illegal, considering I was not insured on the vehicles, and my Parents told her not to let me drive. They started to see the Whitmore as basically a vacation.  No school work was ever mandated, and I got to go out most of the time.  She would tell me not to tell them certain things of what she let me do because they would not approve.  Another instance was he letting me call my friends from her cell phone.  My parents had clearly stated they did not want me to have contact with my old friends becaus they thought it would be a negative influence.  Whether I agreed with them or not, it was still wrong of her to blatently defy what they had told her.

Does it seem to any of the pther alumni that Sheryl had a thing for pretty people?  I am a decent looking female, and when I showed up at the Whitmore, Sheryl frequently expressed how beautiful she thought I was.  It seemed to me like she would treat the better looking people better than someone that was not so fortunate.

Something else that is kind of interesting.  I remember how sometimes girls would only get 1/2 serving of food because Sheryl thought they were gaining weight.  She would make reference to one of the students, 'You don't want to become like so and so, do you?'

Allison, my name is inga, this is a boarding school.  Is it against the law to have a car at a boarding school and drive it if you have a license? I know of some kids that have owned cars here before. All of them appreciated this freedom, I don't know where your coming from because i've seen pictures of you and ive only heard good things about you. How come you've become so bitter? I thought you were going to college, arent you too busy for this crappy website?? It might do you good to call and say hello to cheryl, I'm sure she would love to talk to you.
