What's happened to the 1313 S. Andrews house?

I heard that it had been sold to 3 graduates of the program for several hundred thousand dollars and that Art had donated the money to several charities.  Anyone know who the 3 graduates were and what they plan on doing with the building?

Anonymous:
The building is now owned by an architect.  He bought it a couple of years ago.
