The firing of employees is another favorite line of Willa and John Bundy in order to explain the high turnover rate of their employees. They tell the parents they fire the employees to make sure they have the best staff. What a joke! Another lie that is uncovered at last.

That's for sure. Julia claims the staff turnover was unbelievable. She says that all the nice staff wouldn't last. She never knew if they got fired or quit but you'd just never see them after a few days. It takes a special type of sadist to abuse these kids the way they are required to do at Thayer and not just anybody can live up to the requirements. My guess is that more quit than get fired. Can you imagine what the job discription must be? And then the new employee finds out what the real duties are. That'd be shocking to say the least. Well lets get rid of them all!Pia

whats ur sons name?i tink i know, cos I knew this one guy from junior staff who got demoted all the way down to bootcamp who said at the begining of every month, they would go through all of the cadets bins(the ones that they have for when you get there, and you have to switch clothes ETC), and take the valauable items, to have
the kitchen lady ms. dorothy list on ebay to be sold, and he found some expenisve looking white gold earrings in one dudes bin.

That is an outrage! It is, at the worst, petty theft and punishable in a court of law. If a parent could trace a missing item to eBay and report it to the authorities it would be another nail in the coffin of Thayer.
Yes, I realize filing charges against Thayer in Caldwell County would be extremely difficult, but maybe those parents who saved their children could band together to claim lost, missing and or stolen property.
