You are right GMom,

We were not paying for Leah, and Zita to be "taking it," whatever that is suppose to mean.

We thought we were paying for an academic education being taught by certified teachers, and we thought we were paying for therapy by a licensed professional therapist.

And by "professional" I mean a licensed therapist who knows it is not legal to tell anyone, LIKE THE SUDWEEKS, private confidential conversations that take place in individual therapy.  I think any licensing board would agree with that.

And I am sure that Joey's parents were not paying for him to "take it" either.

joyce i took your advice contacted the ag you referenced.  he returned my call today informing me that the state of utah's ag office is no longer investigating any thing at whitmore.  as far as he was concerned what ever investigation you referred to is now officially closed.  all of this as per your posted ag dude.

the Monty Roberts issue is the LEAST that anyone should be concerned about.  I dont' care if she WAS trained by him.  Has nothing to do with what's going on there right now.

It may be the least, for sure. Even so, it is worth looking over.
People are often not what they seem.
This can be a hard lesson to learn.
