If you have had the pleasure of attending a CEDU school (ha ha), you undoubtedly remember your first rap where all of this "lingo" or Cedu language was used and you had no idea what it meant.

I think we should look deeper into this language, for nothing other than a deeper understanding of what cedu was trying to make us feel.

let me give some examples. But forgive me if I turn up any long dead emotions guys. Maybe picking apart this frightening language can help us uhh... i dont know... "grow" (did i actually just say that?)


"thinking", "desparation", "accountibility", "disclosures", "indightment", "games", "pop-offs"... and many others.

 I believe this language was used as a system of at first, fear (you have no clue what everyone seems to be picking up, which makes you fearful of failure, rejection, punishment...etc) and then control. Use of these words meant that you "bought in" that you were "living your dream" and also that you were helping out the staff by being a "nark" and a "look good". the definitions of these words are not dictionary definitions, they had specific meanings for the Cedu cult alone.

please post any of this language or lingo you can remember, and don't forget to post the Cedu definition as well.

I just want to know the infatuation with the "CEDU Lingo".  We all obviously have heard it, and SHOULD know what it means. Why post about it years later.  Is it that big of an issue?  Not trying to be mean.  Just really curious!!

Personally, I find it interesting. A lot of it just exactly paralells Seed/Straight lingo. If you can peel back the double-speak and really understand what it means, it sort of takes away the power of it.

Perhaps I had lived under a rock, but "go for broke" . "24/7" , "B.F.E" , "use your tools" , running/ ran/ run their sh*t" , "look good", use your propheet" , "propheet" , "smushing".
