The posting on this site stating that the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE HAS DROPPED THE CHARGES AGAINST THE SUDWEEKS IS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!

The Attorney General's Office only handles Civil Matters.....and is still investigating the Sudweeks for Fraud etc.

The Sudweeks are still being investigated for child abuse and sexual abuse.

You can call the Attorney General's office at
801 812-5206 to verify that NO investigation against the Sudweeks has been dropped!!!!!!!

Offended Parent;  Just what do you have to be offended about?

Who are you anyway? Don't see you being public with your name!

To Offended Parent,

And what is your name?

Just in case you have a child at Whitmore Academy, we will be praying that Child Protective Services in Nephi, Utah is keeping a close watch on your child there. Those are the children who are in grave danger.

Does anyone know how these "referral companies" work?  If a referral company, say like PURE, places a kid, and then the parents withdraw the kid, say after 3 weeks, or at anytime before the contract has expired--- does the "referral company" get to keep the referral fee?

Or does the kid have to stay a certain length of time before the "referral company" is paid?

I understand that at least 6 kids have been pulled from Whitmore since the Sudweeks started getting investigated for abuse---so does the "referral company" just get to keep the fees?

Some parents may think that just because they signed a contract that they have to leave their child at the Whitmore for the whole year.

Consult an attorney, and get advice. The Sudweeks appear to breach so many terms of this contract that any parent should be able to pull their child out of there.

ISAC has posted portions of the contract on their site.

A contract works both ways, for all parties.
