This family should sue for much more than $25,000 - there are many more causes of action.
What happened to this boy is outrageous and disgusting. Thayer should be shut down for this atrocity. Nothing can replace this child. NOTHING - no amount of money.  I have a 15 year old son myself. This is sickening.
