Again, The Attorney Generals office is investigating the Sudweeks for civil matters, and the investigation is still active.

The criminal investigation is still active, and the Sudweeks are still being investigated for physical abuse, and sexual abuse.

As I understand it, state govrenmnets don't usually go after individual fraud cases. They'll go after con men who fleece millions from a rather large group of investors within their own state, for example. But they won't go after individuals in their state who fleece a few dozen people from other states.

If you guys want to go after the Sudweeks for fraud, you'll probably have to take it to the civil courts and split the return w/ your lawyers.

The Attorney Generals office is INVESTIGATING the fraud charges... that is their job.  That does not mean that it is the STATE is is pursuing the charges. The Attorney Generals office is the "investigating arm"

Just as the County Attorney and the Nephi Police Department is INVESTIGATING the criminal complaints against the Sudweeks.

Yeah, they do. And, as far as I know, no state has ever enforced any fraud charges against WWASP or any of their affilated organizations or individuals. But there have been civil settlements, haven't there?

The Sudweeks are still being investigated for fraud, child abuse and sexual abuse.

And sadly, they still have kids under their care while this investigation is underway.

Why is it whenever the topic is the Sudweeks and the abuse allegations against them at the Whitmore--a question always comes up trying deflect the issue to WWASP?

Is WWASP to be our standard?  OH, if they aren't as bad as people say WWASP is then they can't be all that bad!

Let's not forget...some of these so-called fine people connected to Whitmore have their own little WWASP connections.

Sue Scheff who referred most of our children to Whitmore is a WWASP ALUMNI herself---she help recruit many a kid into WWASP programs as a dedicated WWASP Mom.

And Mark Sudweeks has been tied to WWWASP in his connection to New Hope Academy as posted on this site and on ISAC.  

This site is about Whitmore Academy---and just because some may consider WWASP to be "badder" just does not make any parent whose child was abused at Whitmore feel any better becase a child in some other program may have had it a little worse.  ABUSE IS ABUSE.
