"Rules are made for idiots
People that can't think
I'm treated like I don't have a mind of my own
Stupid fucking idiots
With stupid fucking ideals
When will they ever
Fucking leave me alone'

Good choice RTP. I also like "Why be something that you're not".

Do you have Blood, Sweat, & Tears from Sick of it All? Damn good one I must say.

No, I'll have to check that out.  A guy I work with at one of my lame jobs is really into them, I'll ask him.  They came around here a couple of months ago, but I was working (again, at one of my lame jobs) so I couldn't go.  Damn.

Some more Negative Approach. Another song I REALLY like by them is Evacuate. I've been known to play this over and over....

Then Slapshot Sudden Death Overtime. This is their best one IMO. Even people who use drugs would prob like it. lol.

Damn, that would be too cool.  I'm still listening to cassettes, I feel like an antique collector sometimes.  Damn things do tend to wear out, though.  Got a few CDs that survived my "sell everything to buy more smack" days, and a few since then, but still have more than a few cassettes.

The rest of Some Girls by the Rolling Stones - some girls, lies, far away eyes, respectable, before they make me run, beast of burden, shattered.

Shane MacGowan and the Popes - "Church of the Holy Spook" & "The Rising of the Moon"

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Velvet Underground - "Calamine Lotion" (is that the right title?)

Camper Van Beethoven - "New Roman Times"

Charles Mingus--The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady

Kasabian - "Club Foot"

Camper Van Beethoven - "New Roman Times" (I love this song!)

Some more of that Mingus album while driving my daughter around..

some classic rock radio:

Allman Bros. - "Ramblin' man"
Van Morrison - "Moondance"
Boston - "More Than A Feeling"
Queen - "Fat Bottom Girls"

Camper Van Beethoven - 51 7, that gum you like is back in style, might makes right, militia song, r 'n r uzbekistan, sons of the new golden west (reprise,) new roman times, I am talking to this flower, come out..

Creedence--Live In Europe (riding in the van to and from a playground.)

Radiohead - 2 + 2 = 5, sit down stand up.. (picking up dinner and more beer.)

CVB - "New Roman Times" (4th time today)
From the liner notes written under the title of this song: "the young soldier returns to Texas disillusioned and minus a foot."
and "I'm Talking to this Flower"

Radiohead - sail to the moon, backdrifts, go to sleep...
