This would be a great place to ask basic legal questions and to see if there are attorneys and other people in the legal field who might be able to steer us in the right direction.

This could also be a place to share experiences. When someone has a legal victory as it relates to this industry, they could share their stories here.

Everyone should realize if they have a situation where they need legal advise they should seek the help of a lawyer. This can be used to guide us in the right direction.

And another great way to utilize this would be to share attorney names and phone numbers. People are always looking for someone good to assist them.

Many kids and parents have been afraid to come forward with their stories. Many feel their child had problems before going into the program, so they feel they may not be able to get help for their child.

Having worked in the insurance defense industry, I learned you take your vicitm as you find them. Another words, if you rear-end someone in a car accident, and that person had a serious brain condition, and the minor rear-end accident causes that person serious harm, you will be responsible for the harm. It does not matter that another person may have suffered very minor injuries from the same accident.

You take your victims as they are.

Something to remember. If a child has been harmed by people in the facilities, it matters not that the child had problems like being drug addicted, and so on. Abuse, is abuse, is abuse and everyone should be able to seek justice.

Just food for thought.

Does anyone know about a lawsuit Robert Lichfield filed against a secretary in Colorado, alleging she interfered with the sale of Kemper? Claiming she was a "whistle blower" in the Kemper deal. If so, please share the information here - case name, number, names of defendants, anything else you have. It would be much appreciated.

We are aware of the Lichfield v. ISAC suit but this sounds like it may be a different suit.

Thanks.
