Odd how the depositions were canceled at the last minute, 4pm, Monday. A protective order against depositions was abruptly filed by Englander. We cannot be certain yet, but if the Semblers refuse to answer the questions that have so been court ordered, McGowan has expressed that he might want to push for contempt of court and jail time. Bradbury and McGowan were heard in court @ 9:30 am, they had strong objections to the sudden and bogus motion from Sembler's attorney.
If you remember, Bradbury filed a motion for harrasment apparently since Englander 'grilled' him for six hours and wanted another six for grilling and frying later on. Thus, noone has had their full depositions taken.
