Lulu's Case
« on: September 08, 2002, 06:47:00 PM »
I got word from the lawyer (Mr. Elberg) that Lulu's case is all in order and is set for January 6th. I know he has it all in order!
I have plans to be there if it kills me.

What happen that Lulu is on trial?  She was my first oldcomer.  She wasn't very nice.  I am sorry but yes I couldn't stand her and don't ever want to see her again.-Sarah Rowland (Kids of North Jersey in the later years.  "96")

I remember when we were in satellite homes 1990 lulu's house was one of them. I remember lulu's mom scrounging change together so she could buy kerosine to heat the house up.She was dead broke with no money and yet she gave all she had, I remember lulu crying cause she felt so guilty that her mom had no money and yet she gave her change so that we wouldn't freeze upstairs, the house was so old we couldn't motorvate for fear that the floor would claspe. This family was milked dry and left with nothing.lulu lost her childhood and adulthood,I reme, ber telling my mom when i was on third Phase about this in the most indirect way possible and I got screamed at becuause my mom who had a lot of money at the time before my dad lost his job wanted to give her money not for charity but to help with the satelite situation.Staff refused but the newtons had no problem taking money from my parens for there own cause.Ms rowland, I am sure your feelings are real for LULU but keep in mind she was probably one of the biggest victims in Kids, the fact she is still alive is a hope for all of us.She was in hell for a long time and I hope she get's millions for her ordeal so she can find closure and buy her mom a big fucking house with heat and central air. Lulu I am in your corner you go girl,

Yes, I feel extremely bad thinking about what I had wrote.  I haven't thought about how long she was in the program or how much she indeed did suffer.  I think I must have my own issues and don't need to take it out on anyone.  I am truly sorry.  I would totally be ecstatic if she one a case against Newton if that is what she is doing.  I truly don't hate her.  I think I should quit talking now.  I am truly sorry.

Court tv    excellent Idea....

I have a friend that writes for abc news I can contact her to see if she knows anyone that could make this happen,She also has access to all archives for reaserch purposes,So everyone let me know if you want this, Court tv needs a good case for ratings and if lulu's lawyer wants this then lets do it      Peace

hey all,

just wanted to say that i'm happy to see newton having to defend himself yet again, and i really hope she wins.  what a sadistic man he was.  i was in straight in the early 80s.

which courthouse will the case be tried in?
