Sorry to be anon, I don't feel like letting them know who mentioned this, but please see:

on the CEDU forum. It specifically slanders a person using first and last name (& because it is in written form I think that makes it libel?) I just did a google search on the name and that page came up first.

This could be complicated territory, I know. It just seemed particularly heinous and unjust.

Libel or criminal mischief or stalking. Depends on who actually posted. That person, the actual poster (named person or not) might get some grief out of this. Not me. I thought of calling the number, but didn't. You feel like getting into this on New Year's Eve? I don't.

Our nada who art in nada, nada be thy name. Thy kingdom nada, thy will be nada as it is in nada. Give us this nada our daily nada and nada us our nada as we nada our nadas and nada us into nada but deliver us from nada; pues nada. Hail nothing full of nothing, nothing is with thee.
