Roth has always struck me as someone who is incredibly high maintenance, agitating, annoying, neurotic, but also hysterically funny and smart.

Kind of like a butch-ier, flashier version of Woody Allen or Larry David.

You know us jews, we can be a pain, but at least we are humorous.
