These people should be speaking up! If you want to offer constructive criticism, that's fine, but don't offer idiotic and rude remarks that don't serve any purpose besides insulting people who have been injured. I think that people who speak up also need to take steps to ensure that it doesn't happen to another person. So, to those who complain about what happened, PLEASE work to save someone else from it!

everyone is a victom now a days.  Why just yesterday, I went to Mc Donalds, and they made me wait to long for my fries so my burger was cold.  I think I'll start a class action suit against them, and start a forum for abused fast food patrons.
