it's crazy, one of my best friends now is a girl that i never really spoke to at cedu... for some reason, we decided, after having chilled a bit toward the end, that we would go out for chinese food post-cedu (she was leaving a couple months after me). well, apparently you can see what happened.
in the past week, we've been looking through old stuff... pictures and this video of a play that they put on at cedu. i've realized how weird it was that this strange group of kids was just thrown together.. and i regret not having spoken to more people.
the one thing that really got me was watching this one guy in the video; i was such a bitch to him... i mean, he was always so sweet to me (he even called me post-cedu.. he was in my peer group and obviously liked me,) but i couldn't really understand his perversion in the way that i can now, and so, often times, i was really stand-offish and mean.
sometimes i wish that i hadn't hated myself so much in the past.. but what am i going to do about it now?
i guess i was just wondering if anyone else had any similar thoughts on people from cedu.
