Problem with search WWF function

I've been having a problem with the search function. Ocassionaly the return is not accurate.

I enter the search criteria and receive a list of returns.
I click one and if it's not what I was looking for I return to the list, but it has timed out.
I have to re-enter the search criteria and start again, sometimes multiple times.

Also, I have seen messages with italicized text. How is this done?

I can help you with the second question.  Use the HTML <i> tag.  For example, if you type:

<i>This bit is italicized</i> and this bit is not.

you get:

This bit is italicized and this bit is not.

As for the search function, I have always found it a bit flaky.
