Why do you write that? As anyone can read on this site, Libby is nicely remembered by some. It seems that she was "adopted" by Art and Shelley. She wasn't a mental health professional, but she was "senior staff" when she was in her early twenties. Eudora wrote on 2006 -07-03 that Lybbi never left the program. Eudora also wrote "Last I heard she's given over warping the minds of young humans in favor of ...less intelligent...dogs." On another post under "Art Barker and the Beginning of The Seed" "Lybbi is ...still controlling the behavior of trapped, spiritual beings"
Also, there was some mystery about a"Final Split". Greg FL wrote "I think if we could pick
 Libby's mind now she would be regretful of what she did." Others on this site have called Lybbi a "A bitch. Pure and Simple." posted under Who Was Afraid of Lybbi". So, what exactly was it that was so bad about her? And why do you call her the name you did?

Libbi was in a position of extreme control over children.  Many feel the control was abusive and coersive.  They have a right to express their opinion as do those that have posted support for her actions as senior staff.

Libbi today could be the nicest person in the world. She could also still possess the qualities of a lifer seedling.  I don't know and I really  don't think about it.  However, What she did 30 years ago is a subject and an interest of this forum.

I certainly think she may regret some of her actions from back then.  I know I do.
Maybe she feels that she always acted in a proper manner.  Until she comes here and posts herself, we may never know.

1.)  She was never adopted.

2.)
when she became a US citizen she changed her name to Barker.  plain and simple.  she was probably arguing with her parents at the time.
