censorship and and the fornits catch 22

well it looks like fornits has decided (after months or should i say years of slanderous, reputation ruining,  posts) to censor anonymous posters and insulting posts.. you Ginger and Syn, i mentioned this to a few choice attorney's who once vouched for this site. and well u guys are about to be in some hot water.. if u can think back to your pal nazi, and the other slanderous spammers, you DID NOT delete their posts, and  only banned their ip after they sufficiently blew up the forum with keywords regarding certain members of the site. now these lawyers have remarked that whom ever is regulating fornits is very close to being liable for any damages done by these remarks/posts.. it has become evident that you people decided to clean up the forum at your convenience. therefore allowing slander, physical threats and other things to go on.. now you see by censoring this site now, you have opened yourselves up to big trouble being that you didnt censor it before.. hmmmmmm how convenient.. lets let people slanderize those we dont like, then when it gets too much we'll cut em off. sorry kidz, it doesn't work that way. i have evidence of the remarks made on this site affecting both my career, and my father and i's attempt to make a film.. im not gonna waste my time with lawyers and Ginger, you cant get blood from a stone.. just know Ginger that i once respected you, now i think you are just as fucked up as the racists that spam your, sick twisted forums..

I really dont know what your hopeing to acomplish, but thats why there are disclaimers.  If you want to go and trace all the anons who were slandering you good luck man. its not happening anymore since i have been trying to stop it all.  If you want me to get rid of 22 pages of posts well thats gonna be tough.  If some make you more upset then others feel free to email them to me and i can hook it up.  Other then that whats your point?  all you have to do is ask.

Well Jordon you wont have to worry about people picking on you here anymore, as you can see a handful of us left an now are at another elan board posting what we want. Seems like the only people left here are Arthur and Syn.

Just was wondering about something Syn, you say you were tired of the bullshit slander what have you but I see at another Elan site you posted some pretty harsh slanderish content about a certain Elan staff member? Whats the problem here Syn? You dont practice what you preach over at other boards? Hipocrit....
