Have you ever got your hear broken into

I wish I were mistaken but the upshot is being left with two small children with no money and insurance and to find out my spouse was dishonest. I'm in a new state so I don't know anyone. I just feel old and hopeless and like life has passed me by.  I'm just disappointed. I'm not sure that I'll ever find love and happiness.

Yes you will find love and happiness - b/c you have sence enough to look for them.
Also consider; if you are never hurt by another person, you would then almost surely be a psycopath. Anyone with the capasity to love and trust another person is going to be hurt at some point. Usually many points, in the corse of a lifetime.
I am sorry you have been left in your present circumstances. That is very hard. It sounds like your going to need a decent job. I can't possibly know what to suggest along those lines - But you'll get it figured out and be fine.

I hope things get better soon. Do you work anywhere yet? That's a start on how to meet people. I've met a lot of friends just from my kids playing with other kids from school, the neighborhood, and activities that they are involved in.

You will find happiness just don't look to other people to give it to you. Focus on you and your children. Everything will fall into it's place.

 Nah jk really but you know the higher grade opitaes will numb you emotionally like nothing else..saved me from suicide serveral times..then later was the cause of wanting to die.
