PLEASE DEFINE WHAT IS ABUSE IN THIS INSTANCE.
I REMEMBER BEING AT CEDU AND HAVING TO STRIP
ON COMMAND AT THE INSISTANCE OF ANY STAFF MEMBER.
WHILE NO ONE ACTUALLY TOUCHED ME, THERE WAS ONE OCCASSION WHERE THE STAFF MEMBERS THREATENED NOT TO RETURN MY CLOTHES, AND MADE ME STAND NAKED FOR AN EXTENDED OF TIME WHILE THEY SCREAMED AT ME AND INSULTED MY BODY, DOES THIS QUALIFY UNDER THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF ABUSE? IF SO I WOULD LIKE TO PRESS CHARGES.

yes, just check with your local police department. If someone at a 'regular' hospital would have done that all hell would have broken loose

Based on what you posted, this would probably not be criminal abuse that I could take to the District Attorney for a complaint, but, in a criminal case, it could be added weight to someone else's complaint.  From what the State Investigator has told me, they can run with this info. If you want to contact me, I can take your info and run with it.  If and when we talk, the added inforamtion you have might push it into the criminal arena.
