of lawsuits from Elan attorneys to Mr. Eisman may have forced this decision.

We would have, (and still continue to have) been able to introduce as
evidence all the documents. tapes and witnesses to Elan in those early
days that spoke with us...how can you win against the truth, in my opinion?
These documents interestingly enough are also at the disposal of Mr.
Eisman....and Elan knew this in my opinion....
but the Fates (and Elan attorneys) have spoken apparently, in my opinion.
