EMANCIPATION PROJECT

It's strange the person who posted the initial question left out so much, no wonder it didn't make sense.

Four separate countries, all with limited child protection laws, have shut WWASP facilities down for suspected child abuse and neglect

Casa by the Sea in Mexico

Dundee Ranch in Costa Rica

Morava in Czech Republic

Paradise Cove in Western Samoa

Sunrise Beach, Mexico

High Impact, Mexico

Something to ask ourselves ?

?         Can we believe all of these allegations are false?

?         Coming from poverty-stricken nations who would normally welcome American money?

But this kind of implies that b/c nations are poor they are inhernetly going to do condone abusive facilities- I don't approve of that implication at all--- w/ or w/o things being placed in context.

There exist absuses at many US facilities as well (granted likely not as bad) but isn't that a jurisdiction issue rather than a poverty issue.
After all, those same pverty stricken nations closed facilities down based on human rights violations.  it think the author is assuming corelations where their may not necessarily exists any.  Like poor people are somehow inherently more immoral...

No, poor nations are not inherently immoral.

But they do, by definition, need the money, and the jobs, and that need can cloud the judgment of even the best of us.

Newsflash -- Montana is in need of jobs too, St. George, Utah, and every other rural town in America.

WWASPS is taking advantage of cheap labor and cheap real estate (land).

It's really that simple.  These program owners can pay foreign workers considerably less in wages than their counterparts in the U.S.  They can also afford to buy land with facilities already built on the land to convert into schools.

Mexico has always been a hot spot for program owners.  WWASPs wasn't the only program operating there.

To me, it looks like they are focusing on expanding in the U.S.  except for TB.  I expect to see more growth in this market (the U.S.) due to zero-tolerance policies and the ever growing problem of Troubled PARENTS.

P,S, Isn't Jay Kay married to a Jamaican?

Doesn't his wife live in America?  Was it a real marriage or a green card convenience?

Isnt it intersting or distressing to consider
that the foreign countries which have limited child protection laws, had the decentcy to close the WWASP facilities due to allegations of child abuse whereas the United States have not.COULD IT BE THE POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS.Shame on them.

Its been stated   the Jamaican facility provides an abundance of dollars into the local economy.

Yes Jay Kay is married to a jamaican. They are all in bed together so to speak on that island.
