Yep no education system is in place, because if it was academics first and EG second, they would have to quit doing all this stuff to the kids. Since the big reason many kids were there including me was because we could not behaave or get along in social settings, mainly schools, wouldn't it have made sense to integrate behavioral mods into schooling? Oh well, tough shit

As a CEDU employee, I guarantee you that CEDU has no more respect for teachers and educaion than they do for therapists and therapy.  School and therapy are necessary evils.

I know for a fact that BCA, RMA, and NWA never offered calculus or physics for the many, many years I was there.  Kids were continuously taken out of their classes for raps, Dr. appointments or to babysit another student.

For good or bad, CEDU places education low on the value stick.

I'm glad you feel you received what you needed.  I wish more had.

Shit, all we had was algebra, a couple english classes, that was about it. I graduated high school only because they gave us 2.5 years worth of sociology credits. I was on restriction, but I still passed classes even though I never went to class.

Does anyone remember the teachers from NWA, Cliff and Roxanne or something like that.  They were great.  Totally against EG.  I got a kick out of them.
