Hello Dallas people!

I was in the Straight program in 1982, in St. Pete, FL and in Springfield, VA.

(For what now seems like an eternity), I've been writing a book about my (and our) experiences in the program. I have only a smattering of Texas- program stories and I can always use more!

I pledge anonymity to all who speak with me about their experiences in the program. And I'm interested in your experience - whether you think it was a delightful place or sheer torture.

If you are interested: [email protected]

That is funny.  The system defaults you to that character.  If you look on the left side of the screen, you have a link to your profile, click on that link.  At the bottom of your profile preferences is the word avatar.  That is the picture that shows up by your name.  Click on the words "Show Avatar", and you can pick a picture that better suits you.

Send me a private message with your email address, and I'll give you a link to pictures that I have on yahoo.  There's two of you, and a bunch of the kids and me.

Peace,
Kelly

LOL Holy Crap that was funny. No, that was the one with the brown console that I dragged downstairs from that second story hole we lived in with no electricity, then took to the new hole we lived in at Fair Oaks.

I pawned my Stereo to get you out of jail!

What was funny?????  What I said or getting me out of jail?

'Cause I didn't think that getting me out of jail was all that funny. :scared:

I was scared shitless!!!!  Was never so glad to see someone in my whole life.

Of course, I guess it is kinda funny now.  But I learned my lesson, and never went back.
