However, providing information leading to the identity of someone who has a reasonable expectation of privacy (i.e. they don't provide the info publicly or to you directly and they have not done anything to draw legal action that migh force me to provide the research needed to ferret out that info.) might well be defined as a serious violation of privacy statutes and, possibly, complicity in criminal harassment on your part.
