when did mel wasserman founder sell to brown, i heard that conman embezzled millions, he hooked them but telling them that their friends were there and that was all it took to hook these narcissists. allgood had cascade in 84, i think they sold the name cedu and the running springs prison in late 80's   too many were running away and they were too cheap to call parents so they moved the scam to cascade in shasta. they said the nazi's were the worst but they would turn around and steal their ideas from them like they stole everything else.
