dillaudid is fucked and I hate it heres why...If you are dying of cancer and need some good pain meds, pretty much on a flow 24/7. Hydromorphone (D's) is expensive and only lasts (they say 4 to 6 hours.,..) perhaps 45 mins. Low euphoria, Its ok to kill pain but we cant have you feeling good while you die, might be immoral.
 There are much better opiates for pain..Why not just regulate and RX heroin for the dying? Its super powerful, lasts all day ( 8 - 15 hrs) good euphoria..and cheaper than Dillaudid. You can buy street heroin cheaper than any Rx opiate save hydrocodone ( which is ok for 5 year olds with a TOOTHACHE, I guess) and methadone (which is being rx'd more and more for pain) methadone 10 mg tablets are like 27 cents VS Oxycodone(contin) at a whopping 10 - 80 DOLLARS a tablet.

That's pretty much it, until H is legal (or prescribed in place of methadone, as it is in England and Switzerland.  I am fully functional on a dose of opiates, they help with my physical and psychological problems.  Morphine's been my DOC 'cause it's around and goes for cheaper than the more popular oxycodone.  It lasts longer, too.....

 Ever notice that when people try heroin they either hate it  (60 % ish)
 or just seem normal on it?
 I just dont like all the shit that goes along with it.. I know methadone is a beast, but its the only thing cheap and legal for us, right now.
  Have you tried suboxone?

I kicked on buprinex at county detox one time, it was cool, no WDs that I couldn't handle.  I'm two days off right now, didn't sleep at all last night, in spiote of 300 mg trazadone.  My brain hurts bad, I'm gonna try to score something soon.

I know what you mean about people either feeling normal or hating heroin when they first try it, I've read theories that only those in psychic pain find it appealing.

I'm kinda scared of methadone for longer than two or three days, but it's looking like a viable alternative to me having to score every couple of days.  Tonight will be a fucking bitch if I can't score.

I just smoked a delicious bowl of TBPITW and I am high.  I will soon smoke annother and get even higher.

I am so glad I started smoking pot soon after getting out of Straight, it has been a source of comfort and inspiration ever since. :smokin:
