O man, I just can't win.  Will a 240 volt european vaporizer work in the states, on 110 volts ?  I'm doubting it since I turned it on the other night, but it never seemed to get hot enough...

Don't readily know if there is a way to increase the voltage supply without spending thousands rewiring your house. I don't know the laws of electricity enough to say whether or not a capacitor could somehow be used to store the power for potentially doubling voltage output (probably a long shot.) Your best bet may be seeing if you can swap it for a 120v unit at a head shop (maybe someone needs a 240, you never know), or sell it and buy the right kind.

Hello, Pirate!  You are describing Ohm's Law.  The filament of your vaporizer is not receiving proper current for heating.  Buy a cheap European adapter to transform your 110 volt mains supply to 240 volts. This is nothing more,really, than a simple high turns ratio step up transformer.  Then you can vaporize.

Yo! Pirate....Once ya get the voltage gimmick taken care of...I set mine at 339...not sure if that is Fahrenheit or Celsius <sp> and then I have found that different weed responds to a variance of temp by a degree or two... experiment experiment experiment...once ya got it...ya got it
