Why can't I have this?  This herb that makes me feel love for fellow man.  Why can't I have this?  This herb that makes me the best person I can be.  This herb that guides me. This Herb that protects me.  Who are you to tell me which medicine I augment your consciousness with?  Who are you to tell me how I can think, which places of the mind I am forbidden to explore?  The restriction of drugs is a restriction of the fundamental freedom to explore one's mind and body.  Before there is the word there is the thought.  To restrict thought is to restrict that which the word requires.  Don't you think when the framers protected speech they intended to protect it's prerequisites?

I own my property, of which my body and mind are a part of.  I get to decide what I do with it and unless I directly affect another person with my actions I should be left alone.  In such an instance I would request I be judged on my actions and not what was in my body at the time. These are simple rules, but they can work if you allow them to. It allows maximum personal freedom alongside maximum personal responsibility.  This is not hippie shit.  This is a real workable alternative that could end the drug war.

I just smoked another bowl celebrating my release from the Duval County Jail.  I was released on 4/20, which amused the other incarcerated folks ("it figures they would let the pothead out on 4/20").  I was there for a misdemeanor (less than 20 grams) pot charge.  Jail sucked, but nowhere near as bad as Straight.  On the plus side, I shared knowledge of how to extract honey oil from cannabis, and made some really good drug connections while I was in.  Can't wait til my one buddy gets out, he has some righteous ganja for a wicked good price.  I was delighted that the police didn't get the rest of my stash, so I was able to toke down several hits in rapid succession within an hour of walking out of jail.  Two weeks for violating probation (I paid my fines, just didn't get the paperwork to the appropriate orifice) that should have ended in 2002.  The state attorney even thought it was jive that I had a warrant out, and recommended time served.   Two weeks for a goddamn joint!  This state is fucked, I can't wait to leave..........

I just drank a nice glass of milk with a generous helping of marijuana tincture mixed in.  In about an hour or two I am going to be very very high.
