Are any of you farmiliar with this ?
Its a form of self defense...Basically for people that lack body mass/size its a way for them to control larger opponents. It focuses more on chokes than the arm and leg lock style..
Anyways most agressive behavior I have witnessed (actually like 99 %) ends up on the floor..and this is supposed to be the best technique for incapacitating a larger person.
Any of you learned this or know anything about it ?
