Like I said I dont think anyone could produce more than a dozen PMs from me for the past 7 years, so no it wasn't stalking.  In short, I exposed some sensitive information which didnt make DJ happy and PM'd him, he wasnt happy and asked the admins to restrict me from PMing him again.  I agreed not to and a few days or weeks later I pm'd one of his aliases which technically broke the agreement I had with Fornits admins.  As a result I was banned.  I argued that I never pm'd DJ directly so I should not have been banned,  but since PMing one of his many aliases did constitute a communication I accepted the banning and did post after that date until now that it has changed hands.
I hope this clears it up.  It really doesnt have any effect on anyone and wasnt a reflection of my behavior on the open forum so I think we can all move forward.

When I was global moderator formerly "The gatekeeper" you would send me massive complaints about DJ and DJ would send me massive complaints about you.  The closest analogy I can think of is  a mother babysitting two children.  The two of you would provoke each other, often derailing threads.  I voiced my opinion that both of you should be banned.  The furthest I got with psy, was a temporary ban.  You were given a lot of leeway because you were viewed as "a catalyst for discussion" as lifeboat wrote earlier in this thread.

Nice try Joe, but your story doesn't hold water,  I never sent massive complaints about anyone.  Like DJ you could never produce any of these massive pms I supposedly have sent.  In fact I dont think anyone could produce more that a dozen PMs I have sent "anyone" over the past 7 years.  I think most people know that I prefer to converse on the open forum.  

But that is in the past, lets focus on moving forward.

It was a long time ago but I think we were able to establish that you knew the alternate account was DJ when you PMed him, and that was the deciding factor.

In any case, most of this is off-topic.  Please keep the topic to Ursus.  To let everybody know, Ursus is not dead.  I've heard indirectly from Ursus that he/she is just lying low for a while.  Everybody is entitled to a break anyway, especially after the phenomenal yet thankless job he/she did.  The bear will be missed, but more than welcome back if/when he/she decides to return.

You've been repeatedly warned, but calling other members names such as "joe blow", even if there were worse thing, is just the last straw.  It doesn't seem like you can get along with anybody on this site and so I'm banning you for a week.  You can disagree, but the decision is made. Please, when you return, perhaps you can focus more on talking about, say, the program or your experiences -- and spend less time arguing or attacking others.

1. none-ya has started fights with nearly everybody in ever single thread he has posted in.  It's not just one event.
2. most of the porn, believe it or not, was not posted by Gatekeeper or his brother, and none of it during Gatekeeper's tenure as a moderator.
3. during the time the porn was posted, the forum was not moderated.  I did not make the rules back then, except for a short period after which Ginger decided the forum would no longer be moderated at all.

Ursus left way before the new admins took over, and that was because this place was a sewer filled with hate, les and verbal violence. None-ya, you were part of that, so don't blame them for your actions. They had no part in that

What are you smoking?  The admins ( Antigen: Ginger, psy, The Fornits, Ursus, webdiva: Kelly) of this website before it became registered to webdiva did not cut the mustard. They let Whooter derail threads consistently although psy contends "Whooter was a catalyst for discussion."  Whooter / DJ should have been permanently banned.   When this site was registered to Ginger: Ginger was weak, psy was out to lunch and Kelly rarely made an appearance when !@#$ hit the fan.  Ursus should have stepped down considering the weak team members.

I, Kelly, have only ever done  technical support, I host the site and help keep it alive.   I don't have time to be here and babysit posts, Psy has basically volunteered for that and has been doing a good job since we got rid of the spam, which took me HOURS and HOURS. Ursus left during the time that I was trying to get all the spam off the site, a few months ago.
