It's NATSAP, but apart from that I can't tell you much.

I have been emailing. There will be a piece about it on the blog 1000 places You don't want to be as a teenager later this month. The blog is run by another organization but we have some contacts over there willing to share what they got.

It seems that they are one of those facilities which can cure everything according to their marketing. It cannot be done.
