Carey Brock hires WWASP affiliated attorney

What does everyone need to understand what Carey has done?  She accepted $12,500 from WWASP for her computer data and now has a WWASP affiliated attorney to handle her new law suit.  She had no money to pay an attorney, remember the crying on this fornits board from her?  Now, she has this powerful attorney who links right back to WWASP.  What do you survivors think of her now?

All good points anon!  I think Frod13's comments all along turned out to be right on the money (whoops, sorry about the pun.)

I think she's a desperate woman facing a lawsuit with insufficient resources who was about to lose *regardless* of the merits of her case because the plaintiffs were pursuing a default judgement without the merits of the case even being heard.

I think that the plaintiffs pushed her into taking whatever lawyer she could get by ignoring her need for a continuance.

Their right to do that, legally---it's just part of the game.  Their right to try to spin a desperate woman taking whatever legal help she could get in a pinch as some sort of evil collaboration, too.

It's the right of anybody with eyes and brain to see that whether Carey is a saint, a sinner, or somewhere in between along with the rest of us, to recognize the spin of one group of combatants for exactly what it is---spin.

Carey isn't my favorite person, but I'm not going to get drawn into somebody's spin on one side or another of a lawsuit where both sides reek a bit.

And you, Anon, look like a partisan in this lawsuit on the PURE side.

A plague on both their houses, I say.

Anonymous:
I am not on anyone's side.  Carey would not be in this situation if she had not already sold out to WWASP.  Pure, I know very little about.  And don't care to, my argument is with Carey selling out twice to WWASP.  And everyone seems to want to defend her.  I don't understand any survivor doing that.

Froderik:
Let's settle this right now, for once and for all...   yeah, as if, right?

The argument to defend Carey on that point is that she took the $$ because WWASP would have siezed the data anyway..I don't know... :???:
