Yet, in September of 2003, plaintiff discovered hundreds of e-mails between Scheff, Berryman and the witnesses listed in their disclosures which had never been produced, including, Paula Reeves, John France, Christopher Goodwin, Lee Colburn, Nancy Colburn, Carey Bock, Christine Gomez, Marion Haupert, Michele Ziperovich, Blanche Hardy, Christine Mocha, Lauire Berg, Gordy Lindstrom and BK DeLong.  Some of these e-mails were dated on the very dates Scheff and Berryman were swearing under oath they had produced all the correspondence in their possession.


Did Sue Scheff lie under oath?  YES.  Has Amberly lied under oath?  YES
