This is unbelievable spin by amberly and whoever is her advocate on this site and yes Carey it is a lie by Amberly that compounds itself with the telling...Mr. Lichfield has clearly stated that he didn?t even know that the 19 yr old ex students were even on the Dundee campus and he had told amberly in numerous meetings some 3 months earlier that she was not to hire anyone because he had started to see that her judgment was very questionable at best and so driven by her needy personality that he was just hoping she would leave on her own accord?.Hiring was to be Joes and Conrad?s role. When Mr. Lichfield heard (he wasn?t even there being in Texas for business at the time) that amberly had brought these young people down he told Joe to send them home immediately ? Joe told amberly to do just that and she refused?.then the fiasco happened of which the OJJ report (Costa Rican FBI) states that a classic rape didn?t happen and that the 2 were already involved in a consensual sexual relationship and the girl who got hurt was even the aggressor in a jealous fit that was the precursor to the altercation. Mr. Lichfield then paid $15000 out of his own pocket for the girls care to try to clean up the mess amberly had created? then like so many other things, amberly has tried to spin, she tried to put responsibility for a mess she created on Mr. Lichfield and the Academy in her letter to pani.  After this fiasco Amberly disappeared never to be seen or talked to again personally by Mr. Lichfield knowing she would be fired on his return and Mr. Lichfield thought it was an act of providence not that the girl got hurt but that he was rid of amberly. Amberly is a woman who didn?t get what she wanted ether in her romance with Joe Adkins or in control in a business she never understood or was a benefit to and so she has sought to destroy anything she couldn?t control or manipulate to her own benefit.... anyone who associates themselves with her is a fool and her day in court is coming. According to her testimony in Colorado, She ether is a perjurer or worked in a business that supposedly kids were abused under her care she was as she likes to state the ?director? and allowed it for the whole term of employment and then for 9 months after her firing until Joe left. If you believe the kids were abused (obviously we who worked with the kids day to day never saw any abuse so it lends itself to the fact that this abuse never existed as she herself states later that she never saw any abuse ether?so in all likely hood her testimony in Colorado is the truth.) So if kids were abused and she knew about it the whole time she was there how ?well? of a person can she be????  It just doesn?t add up?could it be that this is just a simple case of a woman scorned in business and love using buzzwords like abuse to empower herself????? That was our experience as we worked with her at Dundee and so we are not surprised on what?s happened since.

All I know is who can respect a cause backed by a group of people who are afraid to stand up and be counted?  Could it be there is no cause to stand up for?  Just someone else's personal agenda that has attracted the support of a handful of like-minded people?  And another thing, why do these folks not have the support of the children they purport to care so much about?  Where are the legions of survivors who support their agenda?  Look around.  There aren't any.  That in itself, tells me what this "cause" is really NOT all about.

Carey, you are exempt from answering. You've made your lack of understanding on the subject perfectly clear.
wwasp person Anon, if you are as lacking in knowledge as Carey (and I do suspect you are) you too may ignore the question.
If Anyone can explain the dynamics that allow this single handed group/individual, to so sway persons' testimony about their personal experience, I'd be interested.

Here's how I see it:

These people (AKA The Group) who are backing the self-serving agenda of a certain someone are each, single-handedly, exploiting and victimizing children. But since the group has no identity, these people have come to believe there is no elephant in the room. F.O.O.L.S.
