Who is Steven J. Kinney new owner of the Elan Poland campus?

Not to blow the whole Juan is re-opening Elan theory out of the water...the thought bugs the hells out of me...
But....if a Veterinarian bought the place, I think that would be a fantastic outcome.
Can't know for sure at this time....only time will tell.

If we have properly identified the new owner as a veterinarian...if.
Then I would suggest that the ties you need to examine are between him (Kinney) and Scarborough Downs, not Juan.
And even that said, there maybe no connection. But I am certain Sharon Terry knows all kinds of large animal veterinarians, and the track does have a need for such.
Juan is getting nowhere re-opening Elan with a veterinarian as his proxy buyer, imho.
Again...if.

If he has ties to the racetrack, then my feeling that her and Juan being in bed together are true. She wants to be behind the scenes
