All Quiet on the Western Front
ajax13:
As I stated in the initial post in this thread, All About Receiving Cash is suing four women who appeared on the Fifth Estate program. Christine Lunn, Bodana Dye-Kibble, Rachael O'Neill, and Simi Bates. In addition, they have sued CBC and a whistle-blower, Amy Sparks.
The initial effort was made to get the women to sign off on statements indicating that they had lied on Fifth Estate. This would then allow the Wiz to go after CBC. Unfortunately for the unlicensed, unqualified non-professional Executive Director, the women refused to be cowed. Scott Fowkes signed off on the paper, and avoided the litigation.
Christine represented the easiest target due to the circumstances that led to her entering AARC, and the fact that her abusers had plenty to lose were her claims ever investigated, and plenty to gain by discrediting her. AARC is extremely vulnerable with regard to Rachael. I am curious to see the exact nature of their claim against her, since AARC hack Choda evaluate her and he said that there were no indications of an "underlying substance dependence", or words to that effect. Simi Bates is likely to have signed the standard non-disclosure stuff prior to joining the other Kids people working at AARC, so she is vulnerable as well. Bodana has been pursued on pretty flimsy grounds.
The premise put forth by AARC was that Christine had masterminded the entire affair, and AARC was able to get CPS detective David Rock to collude in this effort. He interviewed C, Rachael and another woman who did not appear on Fifth Estate. AARC accidentally let an email slide, in the midst of a massive pile of documents, that was part of an exchange between Rock and the Wiz, on a first-name basis of course. Rock is now dead and roasting in some fresh hell allocated for folks who betray the honor of their offices.
Some shennanigans went on in the spring of '09 involving the Wiz and CPS. A cop named Mahieux(spelling?) was contacted by somebody tied to AARC, and then Rock took over.
So CPS has a similar stake in shutting everyone up, along with the Provincial Government and the people funelling millions of dollars through the cult.

AARC burned some bridges stonwalling CPS in the Woods Bates murder investigation, but all appears well now with Chief Hanson speakingat their begathon.

CPS cannot afford to turn on AARC. Former AARC staffer Andrew Morton is now a member, and was at a recent beg-a-thon in his CPS number ones while still going by the monniker Andrew M. Former Stampeder tackling dummmy and CPS constable Belliveau bore witness for AARC years ago when the failed attempt at establishing the sect in Vancouver was underway. The last CPS chief, Beaton, was a regular at AARC cash round-ups, in uniform like Hanson.
If dead dick Rock's interaction with the Wiz was ever properly investigated, it would prove enormously embarassing for CPS.
I never did hear the upshot of the CPS investigation that was underway in spring 2009. Rather than look into the use of unlawful confinement or unlicensed, unregulated private jails used as Recovery Homes, or assaults on clients by the unlicensed, unqualified amateur staff, or the disappearance of tens of millions of dollars into the amateur day-program, CPS instead undertook some kind of investigation as a result of complaints by someone tied to AARC.
When monitor-lizard Ron Liepert was stone-walling the pathetic attempt by Harry Chase to get some anwers in the Legislature, the Wiz was promising to get CPS to look into the situation. But the first cop who phoned my place had no interest in investigatin AARC, he was responding to a complaint by AARColytes.
