sorry for the response to the starter of this thread - the program also posts here...what program were you in and what was your experience?..

Imagine now the "teen helpers" think anyone who uses profanity should be in the program!!!!...better build a bunch more facilities fast...you've got a country full of profane speakers. Is there any character flaw the program cannot fix?..we can now add profanity to the list...how about burping...can you fix someone who burps...gosh that could really annoy some people..??

Yeah, tell me about it! And check out the Carey Sucks club and their good manners. Some of these folks are the same onew who want to rescue kids from WWASP programs and skim a thousand or three to place them somewhere better.

Ginger, I found out that PURE (Sue) makes a whopping 10% of the one years tuition for some of the shcools in which she refers kids to.

I have been able to pull copies of documents from Pacer and I will scan them as soon as I have the time, maybe later this evening, and email them to you.  Or, tell me how to put a scanned dcoument into a post and I will do it myself.

I have a document in which Amberly (by the way her real name is Amber Lee) testified for the father of another child in which she says Dundee is good and that the child needs to remain there with in.  Her testimony in this case occurred just prior to my contacting her about my stong opposition to my boys being at Dundee.  I will scan that doucment as well, this evening.  I don't know what to think about Amber Lee.  I know what I think about programs, I don't agree with them.  I think they are another form of incarceration and I still say kids have a right to thier freedom just as we adults do.  I still think due process and the juvenile justice system serves the purpose.  I still think there is a high risk of "abuse" happening in programs, due to the nature of the beast (isolation, untrained staff, etc.).

I still don't have a copy of my deposition. Hopefully I will get it this week and I will post it as well.
