How about denial.  It's pretty obvious to me.

Ginger I don't know the answer to the question.  I know what I think.  I think Martha thought Dundee was ok.  I think she thought they needed to improve in a lot of areas, but on the whole I think she thought it was ok.  She talked more about the cost of things in relationship to the expense of things.  That was her beef with the program.  

I know Martha knows I have posted this thread, as Sue is in contact with both Amberly and Martha.  Why Martha is not willing to answer, I don't know.  She could have a very logical explanation.
