Has anyone else figured this out?  I'm not really sure now who would be the most surprised (or in need of anti-diarrhea meds) so for the time being, I will just ponder the question. (However, Would be nice to know if the phrase is the right one or not??)

does not jibe with the misspeller's stated position on WWASP. Or is the point that the position changes depending on who the misspeller is speaking to? Dundee is one of Lichfield's "boot camps". Or would the misspeller have us to believe that Dundee was the only "independent" facility, not associated with WWASP? Somewhat confused and very curious.
