Hmmm. Have ya, perchance, ever considered the issue of the potential effects of trauma, and/or being in a financial position and/or emotional state to even consider the prospect of a lawsuit?

There's possibly, or probably, a lot more to this case that hasn't been adequately addressed in that one article...

What trauma? The article say's nothing about abuse,just that he was searched. If he was molested,then that's something else. But there is no mention of abuse.

If he was in middle school in 2005 then he's only 18 or 19 now. Maybe his parents weren't interested in pursuing it and he had to wait until he was an adult to file suit.
