COTTONWOOD - Pigs will once again be back on the menu when the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors convenes for its monthly meeting next Monday in Cottonwood.

The board will also decide on a proposal to add another dormitory a Copper Canyon Academy in Lake Montezuma and possibly approve spending $170,000 for new hydraulic models and other data as part of a project to update the county's FEMA floodplain maps.
