If I were the DA, I'd tell the schoolpeople to get lost. This is not really abnormal behavior for an 8 year old kid! This is what we used to call "playing doctor". It's really not a big deal. You take the kid aside and explain to him how really inapropriate his or her behavior is and warn them that they can't go around doing things like that or people will tend to get very, very upset.

There is this test. Person tree um maybe house? That they give to kids to see if they have had sexual abuse. They can tell alot from that. I hope that they at least administered that test.

Also if a child walks into a Dr's office and rubs a doll sugestively it is moreover a sign of molestation then TV.

I agree that this is on televison but I do not think the above should not be examined before this kid is labled "sex offender" I mean that is racey stuff for TV where is his supervison?

At the very least that is neglect. Can he be held responsible for his actions so young who is watching him?
