Hi Che Gookin,
Your link didn't worked for me as I got error. Please do check your link.
I am reading Harry Potter. Though I have watched the movie twice but J. K. Rowling wrote the book very well.

The Drinking Thread..
« Reply #13 on: June 01, 2011, 04:21:07 AM »
Hi All,
I prefer fresh juices over soda and packed juices as they have preservative chemicals and artificial flavors which are harmful for health.
Fresh juices helps in reducing and maintaining weight also.

Re: The No Soft Drink Challenge
« Reply #14 on: June 01, 2011, 04:25:19 AM »
Hi Gookin,
I drink green tea twice in a day. Once before breakfast and one after dinner.
It helps me in losing extra weight and keep me sharp and active also. If I have to take no soft drink challenge I will switch to fresh fruits.
