Those kids are getting smarter and more resourceful every day.  This is the best benefit of Positive Peer Culture™.  These children are so eager to learn from their peers!

What really strikes me most of all is the apparent systemic nature of this flippant trivialization of the ongoing chaos at Ridge Creek School. It would appear to be ingrained in the employee culture at this point, as part of RCS's "therapeutic milieu."

For someone who holds a PhD, one would think they would have a better grasp of the English language. My elementary school aged daughter read this letter and commented on how poorly written it was. I guess it is a reflection on the caliber of staff that are currently employed at RCS.

Fix? There's no Fixin a flawed system/design. You just blow it up and start over. Or in the case of programs, realize that it never was a good idea.
