The victims confessed to be molested under the emtional torture at Serenity Rose Ranch also known as Excel Academy. The trial ended in a mistrial properly due to the fact that such charged in several cases are the mindset of the counselor rather than the victims.

Whether it was an implanted memory as result of the "therapy" provided or not is hard to judge.
