Imagine that, disabled kids being caged and treated like animals for months, maybe years. Sure hope the Australian government isn't confused about who to blame (and punish) for subjecting these poor children to such barbaric
treatment.

I sure hope they are not confused too.  I sure would like to know just where their parents were...probably vacationing on some tropical isle while their "problem" children were being cared for by others who don't love them...others who for the mighty buck are more than willing to take them in.

There are a lot of people who need to be held accountable starting with the parents...but don't stop their...that is only the place to begin.

I agree with anon, there are alot of people that should be held accountable for subjecting these children to inhumane care and treatment, including the parents, who even if they didn't know their child was being abused, SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.  Ignorance should not and must not be tolerated when it comes to the care and treatment of institutionalized children.

Hang 'em high!  The owners, operators, referral agents, parents and impotent government officials who are all GUILTY of sanctioning privatized child abuse.
